Theme: "The Series".
Eligibility: Painting, Photography, Sculpture, Drawing, Mixed Media, and Digital Art.
Artists are welcome to participate internationally. Entries are to be submitted in JPEG format.
Jurors: Damon Hyldreth, Cathy Lomax, and Robin Sperling. Read more about them on the Jurors Page
Awards: 1st: $500, 2nd: $100, and 3rd: $50. All winners will have work displayed on the home page for 3 months and in our
Gallery of Honored Artists section for the life of the website.
Entry fee: Entry fee is $15 per series of 4 images.
Deadline: January 2nd, 2009, but we encourage submissions earlier rather than later.
We accept images either online or by postal mail. See directions below.
Submitting Online
1. Submit your work. Send 4 images in separate emails to artwork@a-emerge.org. Please limit JPEG size to under 1 MB.
With each email include the following per image: Title, medium, and size (Note that text will show on the website exactly how it
is in the email, so be careful.) Also include your name, best contact email, a website address if you have
one and what city and/or state/ province you live in, as well as the country. If you don't want your email address published
please state that.
Below is a sample of how an email submission might look:

2. Pay the entry fee. The fee is $15 per 4 images. Immediately after submitting your entries by email, go to the Payment Page. You'll be able to make a payment by PayPal, credit card, or debit card. After receipt of the entry fee payment, you'll see your submissions in our "Current Entries" section within 24 business hours.
Submitting by Postal Mail
If you'd like to submit entries by postal mail, simply request a form by emailing us at forms@a-emerge.org
